My client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee healthcare construction projects in the Greenville, NC market. Description
- Manage all on-site construction activities from project start through closeout.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field staff, and project stakeholders.
- Maintain project schedules while ensuring quality, safety, and budget objectives are met.
- Lead site logistics, daily planning, and progress tracking efforts.
- Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, building codes, and client requirements.
- Foster strong communication between field teams, project managers, and clients.
- Deliver successful healthcare, commercial, or institutional construction projects.
Profile
A successful Superintendent should have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
- Experience leading projects valued up to approximately $7M.
- Proven track record of stable employment and project execution.
- Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred.
- Life sciences project experience is highly desirable.
- Experience with renovation, upfit, and/or ground-up construction projects.
- Strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills.
- Ability to drive project safety, quality, and production goals.
