Description

* Lead day-to-day field operations for healthcare construction projects

* Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and project schedules

* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

* Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and owners

* Monitor progress, resolve field issues, and drive on-time completion

Profile

* 7+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction

* Proven healthcare project experience in occupied and active environments

* Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, and quality control processes

* Ability to lead subcontractors and build productive site teams

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
