Commercial Construction Site Manager

Job Description
Lead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through closeout. Manage subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders. Maintain project schedules and project milestones. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards. Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and turnover activities. Manage site logistics and subcontractor sequencing. Build and maintain positive client relationships. Collaborate closely with Project Managers and project teams. Maintain daily reports and project documentation. Proactively identify and resolve field issues.

The Successful Applicant
Required Experience: Superintendent experience managing commercial construction projects. Proven ability to independently run projects. Strong scheduling, coordination, and leadership skills. Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades.
Preferred Experience: Healthcare construction experience. Hospital renovations. Medical office buildings. Healthcare additions. MRI suite construction and renovations. Occupied healthcare environments.

Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $160,000 USD annually. Permanent position located in Charleston, SC. Choose between: $900/month Vehicle Allowance or Company Vehicle + Gas Card.
