Healthcare Strategic Consultant

The Healthcare Strategic Consultant is a senior leadership position responsible for leading major client engagements, ensuring delivery excellence, and cultivating long-term client relationships. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives across complex client organizations, oversee multiple project teams to provide strategic guidance and operational clarity, mentor and develop emerging leaders, and contribute to the growth, service line performance, and external reputation of the firm.

The ideal candidate will bring 12-15 years of consulting or relevant experience along with deep expertise in managing large projects and client portfolios. This leader must be capable of defining and tracking service line metrics, driving innovation and strategic direction, and advancing Thrivence's market differentiation through thought leadership, professional involvement, and intellectual property development.
