Description

  • Lead onsite operations for healthcare projects across the Northeast, Southeast, and Gulf Coast
  • Oversee field teams, subcontractors, safety, sequencing, logistics, and MEP coordination
  • Deliver phased, occupied-space projects with 9-12 month schedules
  • Manage hospital protocols, infection control, shutdowns, and sensitive patient areas
  • Maintain daily reporting and coordination with project management
  • Travel to project sites and receive monthly paid home trips

Profile

  • Superintendent experience in healthcare construction (occupied or ground-up)
  • Based in Houston and able to travel to the Southern states as needed for projects
  • Ability to travel full time as projects require
  • Excellent communication and subcontractor leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multi-million dollar projects with precision and safety focus
