Healthcare Reporting Analyst (Tableau & Snowflake)

Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Healthcare Reporting Analyst (Tableau & Snowflake for their Remote location.

Requirements:

• Strong SQL skills with hands on experience querying Snowflake
• Experience working with legacy healthcare systems (CCA, MHK, homegrown Appeals systems)
• Ability to validate, reconcile, and troubleshoot data across multiple source systems
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau for designing executive ready dashboards and scorecards
• Ability to design clear, intuitive visualizations for leadership reviews and compliance reporting
• Experience maintaining and enhancing existing dashboards for consistency and performance
• Healthcare Operations Report Designer with a strong background in healthcare KPI reporting. Focusing on designing and maintaining executive ready Tableau dashboards and scorecards using data sourced from Snowflake and Legacy Systems (CCA, MHK, Homegrown Appeals systems). The role requires experience translating operational and regulatory metrics into clear visualizations for leadership, operating reviews, and compliance reporting, as well as partnering closely with clinical, operational, quality, and compliance stakeholders to validate KPI definitions and ensure reporting consistency
