Job Description:
The Healthcare Recruiter is primarily responsible for recruitment focused on attracting and efficiently hiring qualified and competent experienced registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and advance practice nurses. The Nurse Recruiter will be responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive nursing recruitment plan for nurse residents in alignment with the Human Resources strategic plan. In addition, the Nurse Recruiter integrates a thorough knowledge of human resources with expertise in contemporary nursing practices and care delivery systems to design and manage recruitment initiatives that meet current and future staffing needs.
