    Are you driven by building relationships, meeting goals, and passionate about connecting great people with meaningful careers? Join Deaconess as a Recruiter and play a key role in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent across our health system.

    What You'll Do

    • Partner with leaders to develop recruiting strategies and fill open positions.

    • Create and manage job postings, sourcing campaigns, and talent pipelines.

    • Represent Deaconess at career fairs, community events, educational programs and institutions, and networking opportunities.

    • Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process.

    • Extend offers, coordinate pre-employment requirements, and support onboarding activities.

    • Train and advise managers on recruiting best practices, employment law, and HR policies.

    • Build relationships with universities, workforce partners, and community organizations.

    • Analyze recruiting trends and recommend process improvements.

    What We're Looking For

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.

    • PHR or SHRM certification preferred.

    • Knowledge of employment practices and applicable employment laws.

    • 3 or more years in a recruiting role, staffing, sales, business development, or related experience.
