Healthcare Property Manager

Location: Nashville, TN

Facility: Ascension St. Thomas Midtown

Department: Real Estate

Schedule: Days l Full-time l 40 hours per week

Support operational procedures of the property management and engineering teams. Ensure all aspects of the client’s property are managed effectively and efficiently.

• Prepare new tenant welcome and orientation packets and communications in collaboration with the property manager. Follow up with tenant requests.
• Submit invoices and prepares letter preparation for outgoing recoveries and reconciliations.
• Manage reporting and information request process to ensure timely submission from other departments. Prepare reports and presentations.
• Collect, aggregate, input, and export real estate data into various databases and assists in maintaining accurate data within the system of record.
• Ensure tenant and vendor contact information is accurate and complete within various databases.
• Manage relationships with real estate service providers, vendors, associates, brokers, attorneys, and consultants.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

• Healthcare real estate/property management strongly preferred.
