Healthcare Project Manager

I'm partnering with a growing commercial general contractor that is looking to add a Healthcare Project Manager to lead several ground-up healthcare projects coming throughout the DFW area.

They're looking for a PM who can own the budget, schedule, owner relationship and team on both interior hospital systems work and ground-up greenfield builds. They can use you now, and an end-of-year start also works.

What You'll Do

• Lead healthcare projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Own budgets, forecasting, change orders and subcontracts
• Plan work in occupied hospitals, including ICRA and ILSM requirements
• Coordinate complex MEP systems with design teams and trade partners
• Run buyout, submittals and RFIs
• Build strong relationships with healthcare owners and facility teams

What You Bring

• GC-side healthcare project management experience
• Interior hospital systems experience in occupied facilities
• Ground-up greenfield project experience
• Strong financial, scheduling and contract skills
• Degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Polished client communication
