    Now Hiring You on behalf of a prestigious AmLaw 100 client, ranked among the largest law firms by headcount in the nation. We are seeking a highly qualified attorney to join their Healthcare & Medical Malpractice Practice in Philadelphia, PA.


    Position Overview: The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and possess 2 to 7 years of experience representing healthcare providers in both state and federal courts. Candidates with experience defending and litigating medical malpractice cases are preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven attorney to take on a significant role within a leading healthcare practice, with the potential to build and expand a book of business in a collaborative and supportive environment.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Represent healthcare institutions and professionals in complex medical malpractice litigation.
    • Manage all aspects of case preparation, including discovery, motion practice, and depositions.
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across various jurisdictions.
    • Deliver exceptional legal services while managing multiple high-stakes cases.


    Qualifications:

    • Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is mandatory.
    • 2-7 years of substantive experience in healthcare law and medical malpractice litigation.
    • Strong legal writing, analytical, and case management skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated interest in healthcare law, with prior experience in litigation.

    Work Arrangement: Hybrid/Onsite

    Salary: $130,000 to $200,000 (commensurate of experience)

    Full range of benefits and bonus over hourly billable requirement of 1,950
