PROMAN Staffing is partnering with a leading customer engagement and contact center solutions provider in Blue Bell, PA. We are seeking motivated, customer-focused, and Licensed Health Insurance Representatives to join a growing team.

Representative Responsibilities
- Assist customers with selecting healthcare insurance plans that best fit their needs
- Explain benefits, coverage options, and claims information
- Provide outstanding customer service over the phone
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally
Licensed Health Insurance Representative
- $20.00 - $21.50/hour
- Flexible 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday-Friday
- Bonus and commission opportunities
- Temp-to-hire opportunity
- Voluntary overtime available
Representative Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Health Insurance License (Accident & Health) required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
