What You'll Do
- Lead discovery sessions with laboratory and clinical leadership to
identify workflow gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Assess digital maturity and benchmark customers against industry
standards.
- Translate operational needs into measurable outcomes: reduced
turnaround time, efficiency gains, cost savings, and
standardization.
- Co-create future-state workflows with Healthcare Consultants (HCs)
and Informatics Solutions Architects (ISAs).
- Identify opportunities for interoperability, standardization, and
decision-support across multi-site networks.
- Support ROI, TCO, and KPI-based business case development.
- Partner with HITs and ISAs during sales discovery, solution design,
and executive-level presentations.
- Contribute workflow insights and outcome-focused messaging for
RFP/RFI responses.
- Ensure smooth handoff to implementation teams and support
change-management activities.
- Conduct post-go-live Health Checks and identify optimization
opportunities.
- Mentor colleagues and contribute to best-practice workflows and
consulting frameworks.
What You Will Bring
- 3+ years of experience in laboratory workflows, clinical
informatics, or healthcare consulting.
- Strong understanding of lab operations, workflow optimization, and
diagnostic processes.
- Experience working with LIMS, middleware, or healthcare IT systems.
- Ability to translate clinical and operational needs into actionable
workflow designs.
- Comfort presenting to executive audiences and facilitating
cross-functional discussions.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in value modeling (ROI,
KPIs, TCO).
- Willingness to travel within the Western U.S. as needed for customer
engagements.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative
skills.

The base pay range for this position is:
$93,680 - $1 8,810
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include
geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other
qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility
will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions
are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
