Description

Project Manager

Manage all phases of healthcare and industrial construction projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and quality. Monitor project budgets and schedules to ensure timely delivery within financial constraints. Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and address any project-related concerns. Review and approve project documentation, including contracts and change orders. Resolve any unforeseen challenges or issues that arise during the construction process. Ensure compliance with local building codes and industry standards.

Required Experience: Project Management experience within commercial construction. Ability to independently manage projects and client relationships. Strong leadership and communication skills.
