What You'll Do
As a Front Office Administrator, you will help ensure a positive experience for consumers, visitors, and staff while supporting the daily operations of the organization.
You will:
• Welcome and assist visitors, consumers, families, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
• Schedule appointments and support calendar management
• Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks
• Assist with office organization, filing, and administrative support activities
• Coordinate office supplies and support daily office operations
• Support special projects, meetings, and organizational events
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the consumer experience
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent customer service at all times
Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common workplace technology
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in a front office, administrative, customer service, or healthcare setting
• Experience scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Experience working with electronic records or database systems
• Experience supporting behavioral health, healthcare, nonprofit, or community-based organizations
