Job Summary: The Financial Analyst supports leadership and operational teams by developing and delivering Revenue Cycle data analyses and reports. The role focuses on turning multi-source data into actionable insights to enhance standardization, benchmarking, and performance improvement across facilities and corporate groups.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial and operational data from multiple sources to produce clear, actionable insights.
  • Support and manage standardized daily, weekly, and monthly Revenue Cycle reporting.
  • Assist in setting performance goals and monitoring productivity metrics.
  • Conduct financial opportunity assessments at the system, facility, and payor levels to improve cash flow and net revenue.
  • Develop and maintain financial models related to Revenue Cycle performance.
  • Identify, quantify, and prioritize opportunities to enhance revenue realization and cash collection.
  • Support strategic initiatives aimed at improving overall Revenue Cycle efficiency.
  • Enable benchmarking and comparative reporting of key Revenue Cycle metrics across facilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely data reporting.
  • Synthesize and communicate key findings to senior leadership and functional teams.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, account reconciliation, and data collection.
  • Hands-on experience with Revenue Cycle operations or healthcare financial systems.
  • Proficiency in data synthesis, benchmarking, and management reporting.
  • Knowledge of healthcare collections and reimbursement processes.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
