Title
Healthcare Facility Development Coordinator II (Architecture / Construction Management) Full-Time
The Facility Development Level III Coordinator is responsible for providing leadership and coordination for assigned facility development projects of high complexity within the Bronson Healthcare system. This person works independently and must exhibit high-level organization, analysis and communication skills, along with the ability to manage many projects at the same time. The coordinator must communicate between external consultants and internal stakeholders and ensure all development projects are delivered with optimal outcomes for safety and comfort of patients as well as the time and cost constraints of the project's schedule and budget. Employees providing direct patient care must demonstrate competencies specific to the population served.
Bachelor's degree in related field and 10 years of relevant healthcare experience required
Experience in architecture or interior design preferred
Must have a valid Michigan driver's license
Work which produces levels of mental/visual fatigue which are typical of jobs that perform a wide variety of duties with frequent and significant uncontrollable deadlines. Work may include the operation of and full attention to a personal computer or CRT up to 40 percent of the time.
The job produces some physical demands. Typical of jobs that include regular walking, standing, stooping, bending, sitting, and some lifting of light weight objects.
