Geisinger Behavioral Health Northeast in Moosic, PA is seeking a Director of Facility Operations to lead facility management functions within a modern, patient-centered behavioral health hospital. As a key member of the leadership team, this role ensures the safety, reliability, and efficiency of all building systems while supporting an environment focused on high-quality psychiatric care. The Director of Facility Operations will oversee all aspects of facility operations, including maintenance, safety compliance, utilities management, and vendor coordination. This leader will play a critical role in maintaining regulatory readiness and supporting a safe therapeutic environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Ideal candidates bring strong healthcare facilities experience, leadership ability, and a proactive approach to operational excellence.
PURPOSE STATEMENT:
Responsible for the overall maintenance of the buildings, grounds, fixtures, and equipment of the facility. Areas of responsibility may include two or more of the following areas/departments: safety, security, maintenance, facilities, materials management, and housekeeping.
