Seeking Customer Success Specialists to serve as the first point of contact for customer service and member retention support. This role is responsible for assisting members with renewals, enrollment activities, provider selection, and resolving customer concerns while delivering an excellent member experience.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting Medicaid, Medicare, MLTC, CHP, and EP members with recertification and renewals
Supporting enrollment activities and member retention efforts
Providing inbound and outbound customer service support
Assisting with PCP selection and locating in-network providers/vendors
Resolving member complaints and identifying process improvements
Meeting daily outreach and retention goals
Maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times
Ideal candidates will have strong customer service and communication skills, healthcare or insurance experience preferred, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
