An established, full-service New Jersey law firm is adding an attorney to its healthcare practice in Woodbridge. The clients are the people who deliver care — hospitals, physician groups and ambulatory surgery centers — and the work is the law that runs around them.
What the job is: advising providers on regulatory compliance and licensing. Drafting and negotiating provider, employment and services agreements. The corporate side of healthcare — forming entities, structuring affiliations, closing acquisitions. Being the lawyer the client calls when medicine runs into the rules.
What the firm wants: two or more years in healthcare regulatory or healthcare corporate practice, with contract drafting you have done yourself. Experience with hospitals, physician practices or surgery centers. New Jersey admission required; New York or a transferable UBE score is a plus.
Compensation: $145,000 to $155,000 base, with full benefits.
