Job Description

We are seeking Healthcare Attorneys with BigLaw experience to collaborate on healthcare regulatory and compliance projects. In this role, you will apply your legal expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will help shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

No prior AI experience is required. Your domain expertise is what matters.

Scope of Work

  • Review and annotate legal documents related to healthcare regulations, ensuring accuracy and clarity of regulatory concepts.

  • Analyze complex healthcare policies, statutes, and regulations, including HIPAA, Stark Law, and the Anti-Kickback Statute.

  • Draft and refine contract language to ensure compliance with U.S. healthcare legal frameworks.

  • Provide detailed feedback on regulatory compliance issues and identify potential legal risks in provided scenarios.

  • Contribute to the development of AI training data through expert commentary and nuanced legal interpretations.

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to discuss findings and clarify healthcare legal concepts as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar admission in the United States.

  • Substantial experience practicing healthcare law at a major U.S. law firm (BigLaw) or top healthcare-focused firm.

  • Demonstrated expertise in U.S. healthcare regulatory compliance, including HIPAA, Stark Law, and Anti-Kickback Statute.

  • Proven ability to review, annotate, and draft complex legal documents related to healthcare law and policy.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and an analytical mindset.

  • Experience providing advisory services on healthcare compliance matters.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, project-based environment.
