Healthcare Associate Attorney

Location: Ohio (Hybrid / On-site)

Salary: $120,000+ (commensurate with experience)

About the Role

A growing law firm is seeking a dynamic Associate to join its Healthcare Practice. This position offers competitive compensation, structured mentoring, client development training, and a collaborative environment that values community involvement.

Working closely with Partners and Senior Associates, you will advise healthcare providers and organizations on regulatory, transactional, compliance, and corporate matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on federal and state healthcare regulations, compliance, licensing, and reimbursement.

• Assist with healthcare transactions, including acquisitions, affiliations, and joint ventures.

• Draft, review, and negotiate healthcare contracts and agreements.

• Counsel clients on fraud and abuse laws (Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute) and HIPAA/privacy matters.

• Research complex legal issues and draft written work product, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years of legal experience in healthcare law, regulatory matters, corporate transactions, or compliance.

• Education & Credentials: J.D. with strong academic credentials; active Ohio Bar membership (or eligibility for admission).

• Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills; ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary of $120,000+ based on qualifications.
