Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care needs.
• Support resident comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or mental condition to nursing staff.
• Assist nursing personnel with routine care and departmental tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors.
