    What You'll Do

    The Healthcare Adjunct Instructor is a part-time position housed within the Division of Workforce Development that provides instruction for the Workforce Development Healthcare Programs and reports to the Director of Business and Workforce Development. The instructor is responsible for effectively teaching the Healthcare programs operating within Workforce Development, creating an ideal learning environment, maintaining an appropriate balance of discipline, and being able to transfer knowledge to students, while staying abreast of evolving regulations within the industry.

    Persons applying for this position must be dependable, highly responsible, independent, self-starting, and have the ability to interact with a diverse student population.

    Who We're Looking For

    • Must be a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Certified Clinical Medical Assistant with at least 2 years of experience in the field or a minimum of three years of experience as a certified teach in a healthcare program.

    • All applicants will be required to submit to a criminal background check.
