Requirements / Qualifications

EDUCATION: Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade; preferred CNA or LVN Certificate or equivalent. Valid California Driver s License, and Adult/Pediatric First Aid and Adult/Pediatric CPR Certificates/AED(BLS). Skills: Passing score on written test. It is the applicant's responsibility to obtain a test appointment.

APPLICATION MUST INCLUDE, current updated resume, 2 letters of recommendation (physically signed and dated within 36 months), and a letter of intent. A complete application will go through the screening process and an incomplete application will not. Letters of recommendation written by relatives will not be accepted.
