What You’ll Do:
As the Program Director, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of our Health Management Administrative Services program. You’ll lead with purpose—guiding students, supporting instructors, and ensuring a high-quality learning experience.
- Oversee and deliver engaging curriculum (online & in-person)
- Lead, coach, and evaluate instructional staff
- Monitor student progress, attendance, and success
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
- Collaborate on hiring and developing top-tier faculty
- Build relationships in the community to promote the program
- Analyze student outcomes and continuously improve program performance
- Partner with leadership on program growth and innovation
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree (required)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for education and student success
- Experience in program management, education, or healthcare administration (preferred)
