Required:

• 2 years of experience in the health insurance or employee benefits industry
• Active Life and Health Insurance License
• Strong knowledge of health insurance products, enrollments, renewals, and benefits administration
• Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and web-based systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding customer service and client relationship management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Positive attitude and desire to work in a dynamic, growing organization
• High School Diploma required

Preferences:

• Experience as a Health Insurance Service Manager, Insurance Account Manager, Benefits Specialist, Benefits Analyst, or Health Insurance Consultant
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience supporting enrollments, renewals, policy changes, applications, and client-facing benefits administration
• Experience working with payroll systems, HRIS platforms, or employee benefits technology
• Knowledge of ACA compliance and employee benefits regulations

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client health insurance service needs and escalations
• Manage day-to-day servicing of employee benefits and health insurance accounts
• Oversee enrollments, terminations, renewals, and policy changes
• Lead client onboarding and implementation of health insurance plans
• Partner with clients, insurance carriers, and internal departments to resolve benefits-related issues
• Monitor renewals, carrier communications, and compliance-related activities
• Maintain accurate client records, benefit data, and documentation
• Review and process insurance applications, endorsements, policy changes, and related service requests
• Assist with employee benefit education and open enrollment activities
• Support, mentor, and coordinate service team members to ensure excellent client service
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, retention, and service delivery
