NTT DATA Services currently seeks an Enrollment Specialist to join our team in Lincoln, NE.

Role Responsibilities

• key membership elections and enrollment applications into the system.
• Review, update, and maintain member demographics and enrollment information from paper correspondence and telephone documentation.
• Make outbound calls to health plan members to obtain clarification on missing, incomplete, or inaccurate information.
• Research and resolve enrollment discrepancies while ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain current knowledge of CMS compliance requirements related to Medicare Advantage enrollment and member maintenance.
• Document member interactions and updates according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Meet productivity, quality, and accuracy metrics while handling sensitive member information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of enrollment transactions.
• Adhere to HIPAA, company policies, and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills/Experience  

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare, health insurance, enrollment, member services, or a related administrative role.
• Minimum 1 year strong data entry and computer skills.

 
Preferences

• Experience with Medicare Advantage enrollment or health plan operations.
• Knowledge of CMS regulations and compliance requirements.
• Previous experience working with enrollment platforms or healthcare systems.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($18-$18/hr). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

 

This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
