The Health Insurance Broker Coordinator provides operational and sales support to internal and external brokers. This is a non-selling role focused on resolving issues, streamlining escalations, and supporting brokers during high-volume enrollment seasons.
Respond to broker inquiries via shared mailboxes and CRM systems
Research and resolve application status issues, missing information, and enrollment discrepancies
Track and manage escalations to ensure timely resolution
Assist with commission-related questions and enrollment validations
Support ID card and reporting issues
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve broker concerns
Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems
2+ years of experience in insurance operations, broker support, or sales support preferred
Medicare or ACA marketplace experience strongly preferred
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to manage high volume during peak enrollment seasons
CRM or Salesforce experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
