Health eCommerce Associate Director

As the Health eCommerce Associate Director, you will lead the development and execution of digital commerce strategies that drive short- and long-term growth for Best Buy Health. In this role, you'll oversee key aspects of the e-commerce business, including digital strategy, customer experience, online merchandising, marketplace growth, and performance optimization. You'll partner across product, marketing, design, and technology teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences while identifying new opportunities to meet evolving customer needs. This is a highly visible leadership role for a strategic and data-driven leader who is passionate about driving online growth and innovation.

This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to increase traffic, improve conversion, and optimize digital offerings and promotions
• Partner with product, design, and marketing teams to enhance customer experience and execute digital marketing strategies
• Define and optimize digital user experiences, site merchandising plans, and marketplace expansion opportunities
• Monitor business performance, leverage analytics and insights, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Basic qualifications

• 7 years of demonstrated success in an e-Commerce role in a high performing business
• 5 years of leadership experience
• 5 years of project leadership experience
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams through significant organizational change or digital transformation, driving measurable improvements in efficiency and profitability
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, SEO, and applied analytics to drive online sales and customer engagement
• Proven track record of success in managing medium to large-scale e-Commerce platforms and driving online sales growth

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
• 9 years of demonstrated success in an e-Commerce role in a high performing business
• Experience with other e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, eBay, and Walmart
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
