    Are you a people-first healthcare leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about expanding access to high-quality care? Mar Monte Community Clinic is seeking an experienced Health Center Manager to oversee daily operations, develop high-performing teams, and ensure an exceptional patient experience.
     
    In this role, you'll serve as the operational leader of a busy health center, partnering closely with clinical leadership to drive patient access, quality outcomes, team engagement, and financial performance.     What You'll Do
    As the Health Center Manager, you'll be responsible for creating an environment where patients receive outstanding care and staff are empowered to do their best work.
     
    You'll Lead Operations By:
    • Managing the day-to-day operations of the health center
    • Driving clinic performance in patient access, productivity, financial results, and customer service
    • Developing and executing operational strategies that improve efficiency and patient care
    • Monitoring key performance metrics and implementing process improvements
    You'll Build and Develop Teams By:
    • Leading, coaching, and mentoring a multidisciplinary team
    • Hiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining talented employees
    • Promoting accountability, professional growth, and continuous learning
    • Supporting change management initiatives and fostering a positive workplace culture
    • Ensuring staff receive appropriate training and cross-training opportunities
    You'll Partner to Deliver Exceptional Patient Care By:
    • Collaborating with licensed clinical leaders to support high-quality care delivery
    • Optimizing staffing and scheduling to maintain efficient patient flow
    • Supporting quality assurance, risk management, and regulatory compliance initiatives
    • Creating a patient-centered environment focused on service excellence and equitable care
    You'll Oversee Business and Financial Operations By:
    • Managing clinic budgets and monitoring financial performance
    • Supporting revenue cycle processes and billing operations
    • Overseeing inventory management, supplies, and equipment
    • Ensuring accurate reporting, documentation, and operational compliance
    You'll Strengthen Community Impact By:
    • Building relationships with community partners and referral sources
    • Supporting outreach and education initiatives
    • Contributing to organizational projects, committees, and strategic initiatives
    What We're Looking For
    We're seeking a collaborative and strategic leader who enjoys balancing operational excellence with people leadership.
     
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Management, Public Health, or a related field preferred
    • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in health care, community health, ambulatory care, or performance-driven patient care environment
    • Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced setting
    • Strong operational, financial, and problem-solving skills
