Eskenazi Health serves as the public hospital division of the Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County. Physicians provide a comprehensive range of primary and specialty care services at the 327-bed hospital and outpatient facilities both on and off of the Eskenazi Health downtown campus as well as at 10 Eskenazi Health Center sites located throughout Indianapolis.

Eskenazi Health Center is seeking a collaborative and results-driven Health Center Coordinator to help lead daily operations, support clinical and administrative teams, and advance our mission of providing exceptional care to the communities we serve.
In this role, youll partner with health center and physician leadership to drive operational excellence, improve patient access, support staff development, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Youll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care while helping ensure the efficient operation of one of Indianas leading community healthcare systems.

Job Requirements
Candidates should possess a bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Management, or a related field; however, a minimum of three years of healthcare, leadership, or business management experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Prior supervisory experience and experience in an ambulatory healthcare setting are preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology, coding, and billing practices is a plus, and RN licensure is preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, operational, and communication skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient and team experiences.
