About the Opportunity:
A growing law firm platform is seeking a Florida Board Certified Health Care Attorney at the Partner or Shareholder level with a portable book of business of $500K+.

Practice Focus:

• Health care regulatory and compliance

• Provider transactions and affiliations

• HIPAA and privacy matters

• Health care corporate and operational issues

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate and manage a portable health care practice

• Advise providers, systems, and health care organizations

• Lead regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters

• Collaborate with corporate and labor partners

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Active Florida Bar license

• Florida Board Certification in Health Care Law (required)

• Partner or Shareholder-level experience

• Minimum $500K portable book of business
