OVERVIEW:

We're seeking experienced Health & Benefits Sales Professionals to drive new business growth across multiple U.S. markets.

This role focuses on helping employers solve complex employee benefits, healthcare, retirement, financial wellbeing, and workforce challenges. The ideal candidate is a proven hunter with a strong track record of acquiring new clients, building executive relationships, and managing complex enterprise sales cycles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand market share.

Build and manage a pipeline of complex, high-value opportunities.

Conduct executive-level sales presentations, meetings, and prospect engagements.

Create compelling proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.

Lead opportunities from prospecting through contract negotiation and closing.

Develop strategic pursuit plans for target organizations.

Build relationships with C-suite executives, HR leaders, and key decision-makers.

Research markets and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

Collaborate with internal consulting and subject matter expert teams to deliver customized solutions.

Attend industry conferences, networking events, and professional organizations.

Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree required.

5+ years of successful enterprise sales experience.

Experience selling employee benefits, health & benefits consulting, retirement consulting, or related solutions.

Experience selling to organizations with 1,000-5,000 employees.

Strong hunter mentality with proven new business acquisition success.

Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills.

Experience managing complex sales cycles.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proven history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to build relationships with C-suite executives and senior HR leaders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Life & Health License.

Employee Benefits Consulting experience.

Health & Welfare Consulting experience.

Strong network within the benefits consulting industry.

Experience winning large enterprise accounts.

Proven success acquiring new logos and expanding revenue.

Houston candidates from a direct Health & Benefits competitor are strongly preferred.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Base Salary: $151,000 - $170,000
