Health and Wellness Administrative Coordinator

What You will Do:

  • Respond to and resolve customer requests/needs in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner for employees and external customers.
  • Gather reports from human resources, health and wellness systems and other applicable programs.
  • Utilize reports to maintain department records, programs, and any regulatory reporting.
  • Ensure all health and wellness invoices are reviewed, recorded, and submitted.
  • Conduct ergonomic reviews when requested by employees and leaders.
  • Assist with development and distribution of written and verbal communications to promote health and wellness activities, events and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the HR Programs Manager to promote and communicate health activities throughout the Companies, including SharePoint.
  • Coordinate health and wellness events, education, and meetings.
  • Assist with OSHA updates and reporting and tracking of work comp claims.
  • Maintain inventory of health and wellness supplies and equipment, including state offices.

What it takes to join our team:

  • College degree or equivalent is required plus one year of relevant experience.
  • CPR/AED/First Aid Certified within 6 months of employment.
  • Oral and written communication skills as appropriate to this position.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational, efficient and prioritization skills.
  • Driven self-starter
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong aptitude for learning and utilizing technologies and software tools.
  • Must maintain and safeguard confidential information.
  • Reasonably regular and predictable attendance.
  • Ability to read, write and speak the English language.
