Location: Claremore, OK
Shift Options
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday–Friday | Saturdays as Needed
- Night Shift: 5:30 PM – 3:00 AM Monday–Friday | Saturdays as Needed
Position Summary
HireCall is currently seeking experienced Header Welders for a manufacturing company in Claremore, OK that specializes in the production of industrial air coolers. This position is responsible for welding headers and related components while maintaining high quality and production standards in a fast-paced fabrication environment.
Essential Job Duties
- Weld headers, pipe, and structural components used in air cooler manufacturing
- Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Flux Core welding based on production needs
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
- Fit and align materials prior to welding
- Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
- Operate grinders, torches, cutting equipment, and fabrication tools
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and quality procedures
- Work overtime and Saturdays as required to meet production schedules
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of welding experience in manufacturing or fabrication
- Experience welding pipe or pressure-related components preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
- Familiarity with tape measures, hand tools, and fabrication equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Dependable attendance and stable work history required
Preferred Experience
- Air cooler, heat exchanger, pressure vessel, or heavy fabrication experience
- FCAW, MIG, and TIG welding experience
- Fit-up and fabrication knowledge
- Overhead crane and forklift experience is a plus
