Pay:Starting at $25.00 per hour(DOE – Starting at $28.00/hour for qualified candidates)

Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is seeking experienced Booth/Header Welders to join a growing fabrication team in Claremore. This position is responsible for assembling and welding headers, piping, and structural components while maintaining strict quality standards and production requirements in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has experience with multi-process welding, can interpret fabrication drawings independently, and consistently produces high-quality welds while working safely in a fast-paced production setting.



Required Experience & Skills
• Previous experience as a Header Welder, Booth Welder, Structural Welder, or Industrial Welder preferred
• Proficiency with MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), and Stick (SMAW) welding processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and technical specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude
• Familiarity with welding equipment, fabrication tools, and shop practices
• Understanding of welding safety procedures and industry standards
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic



Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Weld headers, piping, and structural components using approved welding procedures
• Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and work specifications to ensure accurate assembly
• Measure, cut, fit, and align metal components prior to welding
• Inspect completed welds for strength, appearance, and compliance with quality standards
• Repair or rework welds when necessary to meet production and customer requirements
• Safely operate welding equipment, fabrication tools, and related shop equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift
• Follow all company safety procedures, welding standards, and production requirements
• Collaborate with production personnel to meet manufacturing schedules and project deadlines



Preferred Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required
• Welding certification preferred
• Previous experience in manufacturing, heavy fabrication, construction, or pressure vessel environments
• Experience with header fabrication or industrial piping systems is a plus



Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in multiple welding positions throughout the shift
• Ability to safely operate welding equipment while wearing required PPE
• Comfortable working around heavy steel, welding fumes, sparks, heat, and industrial machinery

• Heavy industrial manufacturing and fabrication facility
• Exposure to welding equipment, heavy steel materials, fabrication machinery, heat, sparks, and industrial shop conditions
