238 Day Contract
Beebe School District is seeking a dedicated, student-focused volleyball coach to develop student-athletes, promote teamwork and sportsmanship, and build a competitive volleyball program.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead practices, prepare for games, and develop players'' skills.
- Establish clear expectations for effort, conduct, and academic achievement.
- Communicate effectively with student-athletes, families, staff, and administration.
- Coordinate schedules, equipment, and other program needs with the athletic director.
- Follow district policies and applicable athletic association rules.
- Fulfill teaching responsibilities in an assignment to be determined.
Qualifications
- Hold or be eligible for an Arkansas teaching license appropriate to the assigned position.
- Demonstrate knowledge of volleyball fundamentals, strategy, and player development.
- Possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Coaching experience preferred.
