This is an opportunity to build a competitive and positive Royals program that developsstudent-athletes in skill, discipline, teamwork, and Christian character.Responsibilities• Lead all assigned levels of the volleyball program and establish consistent coaching standards andexpectations.• Plan and lead practices that teach volleyball fundamentals, position-specific skills, team systems, andgame strategy.• Prepare and coach student-athletes for matches, team meetings, conditioning, and other programactivities.• Develop student-athletes on and off the court through instruction, mentorship, leadership development,and accountability.• Monitor academic progress and communicate appropriately with student-athletes, families, schoolleadership, and the Athletic Director.• Follow all school, AHSAA, and NFHS requirements for coaching, student safety, and backgroundscreening.Qualifications• Demonstrates strong Christian faith, sound judgment, and a servant-leadership mindset.• Has volleyball coaching experience or competitive playing experience and a strong understanding ofthe game.• Can plan organized practices and teach skills to student-athletes with a range of experience.• Values discipline, academic excellence, sportsmanship, teamwork, and positive communication.• Can collaborate with school staff and contribute to a safe, encouraging, and competitive program.CompensationCompensation is based on experience.To ApplyEmail a résumé and a brief statement of coaching interest to athletics@khroyals.com."Whatever you do, do all to the glory of God." - 1 Corinthians 10:31
