Head Teller- Modena

At TEG Federal Credit Union, we pride ourselves on being more than just a financial institution. We’re a caring team committed to one another and our members. We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Head Teller / Member Relations Supervisor for our Modena Branch. 

As the Head Teller, you will be responsible for assisting the Branch Manager with branch operations, including ordering, maintaining, and balancing cash, supervising and developing the Teller staff, assisting members with their financial transactions, and performing account relations and member service functions

You will work approximately 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday and occasional Saturdays.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications):

• -A high school diploma or GED
• -At least 1 year of experience as a Teller, preferably in a supervisory capacity
• -Experience as a Head Teller/Supervisor for a Credit Union is desired
• -Notary Public license a plus

What You'll Do As The Head Teller / Member Relations Supervisor (Responsibilities):

• -Assist Branch Manager with various branch operations
• -Act as liaison between the Tellers and the Branch Manager
• -Supervise and develop Teller staff
• -Receive and process member financial transactions 
• -Identify opportunities and help members with their financial fitness
• -Perform member service functions and resolve member problems
• -Order, maintain, and balance vault cash and perform monthly audits
• -Supervise the branch in absence of the Branch Manager
• -Additional responsibilities as assigned

Pay: $20.75 - $22 / hour, based on experience
