Responsible for managing wealth deposit balances and increasing client share of wallet through product competitiveness, pricing discipline, and field execution to enable sustained deposit growth. Leads product development, pricing optimization, and go-to-market strategy. Serves as a strategic partner to senior Wealth and Wholesale leadership and manages the Wealth Deposit Team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Define and lead Wealth deposit strategy considering enterprise balance sheet and profitability objectives
Set direction for deposit growth, client segmentation, and pricing/marketing strategies
Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on market insights and financial analysis
Own the design, development, and lifecycle management of Wealth deposit products
Lead innovation efforts to enhance competitiveness and client value
Partner across the company to bring new solutions to market
Own financial outcomes including deposit balances, rate paid, and fee income
Establish KPIs and track results against targets; adjust strategy as needed
Identify and execute large-scale initiatives to improve profitability and efficiency
Serve as a strategic advisor to Wealth and Wholesale leadership on deposit strategy and client engagement
Influence client strategy and solutioning for complex or high-value relationships
Drive alignment between sales objectives and deposit/product strategy
Lead and develop a team
Oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring execution against strategic priorities
Foster cross-functional collaboration across Wealth, Payments, Treasury, and Finance
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
10+ years of relevant experience in banking, wealth management, treasury solutions, liquidity strategy, deposit pricing, or related financial services roles
Strong knowledge of the wealth management business
Demonstrated experience developing or executing deposit, pricing, or liquidity strategies that drive growth and profitability
Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and translate insights into actionable strategies and recommendations
Experience partnering with sales teams or client-facing groups to develop solutions and drive revenue outcomes
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Demonstrated ability to operate with independent judgment, discretion, and accountability in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance, Economics, or related discipline)
Experience supporting or partnering with Wealth / Private Banking client segments
Deep expertise in deposit pricing, liquidity optimization, and non-interest income / fee income strategies
Experience leading product development or innovation initiatives, including go-to-market strategy and lifecycle management
Prior people leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead teams, projects, or large-scale initiatives
Experience managing or influencing P&L, revenue targets, or balance sheet outcomes
Track record of driving cross-functional initiatives across Product, Finance, Risk, and Sales organizations
