What You Will Do

• Lead the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent initiatives with business objectives.
• Implement data-driven approaches to improve recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.
• Build and nurture relationships with external partners and recruitment agencies.
• Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and report on progress.
• Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a welcoming workplace culture.
• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources, preferably in a startup environment.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
• Strong understanding of the technology landscape and marketplace dynamics.
• Experience managing a team and leading cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred

• Familiarity with AI and B2B marketplace trends.
• Experience in building employer branding and enhancing candidate engagement.
• Background in using recruitment analytics to drive decision-making.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $180K to $275K, complemented by meaningful equity options. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the talent strategy of a rapidly growing company.
