Our client is seeking a high-agency Head of Strategy & Business Operations to work directly with the founding team to scale a rapidly growing creator-tech platform. Our client requires an operator who thrives in fast-paced environments to build and optimize internal systems, workflows, and operational processes. Our client expects the successful candidate to own key business operations, including payroll, contracts, onboarding, legal and tax coordination, and vendor management. Furthermore, our client tasks this role with leading recruiting and people operations, while partnering directly with enterprise clients to drive account success and campaign performance.
