What You Will Do
- Lead financial planning and analysis efforts, driving strategic initiatives to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement robust financial models to forecast revenue and expenses, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Oversee budgeting processes and variance analysis, identifying key drivers of financial performance.
- Manage a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Present financial reports and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Background
- 6+ years of experience in finance or financial planning and analysis, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of leadership in a finance role, with experience managing teams and projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and modeling techniques.

Compensation and Benefits
