What You Will Do

  • Drive strategic initiatives to optimize revenue operations and enhance overall business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement scalable processes that support rapid growth.
  • Utilize advanced analytics and AI technologies to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiencies.
  • Lead the development of key performance metrics to monitor revenue growth and operational effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and addressing operational bottlenecks.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align revenue strategies with overall company goals.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 5–12 years of experience in revenue operations, strategy, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive business decisions.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies, particularly OpenAI, and their application in revenue operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing and developing teams.

Preferred

  • Experience in the Internet marketplace or B2B sectors.
  • Background in working with early-stage startups and navigating growth challenges.
  • Knowledge of best practices in revenue forecasting and pipeline management.
