Head of, Professional Services, United Kingdom, European Union (VP Level)

We're Looking for Senior Leaders in Professional Services!

Are you a seasoned leader in professional services? We have a fantastic opportunity with a package of up to US$250,000 plus bonus!

This role is all about leading the team that helps our client's customers get set up and running with solutions. You'll be the main point of contact, keeping everyone updated on how projects are progressing. You'll also work closely with development, product, and sales teams to make sure that customer needs are being met.

What You Need to Apply:

• Strong, provable knowledge of trading, pricing, and risk management.
• Experience in a leadership role within professional services, focusing on cloud-based services, APIs and on-prem solutions.
• A proven track record of managing teams to exceed customer expectations.
• 10+ years of experience in technology delivery, with client-facing responsibilities.
• Great business sense and understanding of how to drive success.
• Experience recruiting and managing technical teams for large software projects.
• Excellent communication skills, especially when working with clients and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• A masters degree in a technical field like financial engineering, or mathematics.
• Experience as a consultant working on big software implementation projects for clients.
• Interest or experience in product management is a plus!
