    About You

    This role leads the strategy, planning, portfolio governance and transformation execution agenda for the global People function. It is accountable for building the operating discipline, governance model, planning rhythm and delivery engine required to stand up a new People operating model across COEs, GBS, Digital Technology, regional teams and enabling partners. The role requires a leader who can move from strategy to execution quickly, define business processes and ownership clearly, drive change at scale, and operate with autonomy, courage and accountability in a high-complexity integration environment.

     

    This role requires a ready-now leader with significant transformation experience and a track record of moving complex work from strategy through delivery. Candidates must bring direct experience leading enterprise-scale transformation, operating-model implementation, global planning and governance, and HR technology-enabled change. The successful candidate will be expected to operate with independence from day one, bring structure to ambiguity, challenge senior leaders constructively, and deliver outcomes at pace.

     

    What this role will own

     

    • Define and lead the global People planning and governance model, including annual roadmap planning, quarterly prioritization, portfolio health reviews, dependency management and decision discipline. This role will provide input to the Integration Planning and Communications Team to ensure the Business as Usual activity is connected to the broader Integration roadmap.
    • Stand up the operating model required to connect strategy, work definition, business process ownership, GBS delivery, COE accountability and technology enablement.
    • Partner with GBS to define which work should move, when it should move, what business processes must be clarified, and what ownership model is required to sustain service quality.
    • Lead transformation delivery through agile-like ways of working, sprint-based problem solving, cross-functional delivery routines and rapid decision escalation.
    • Participate in translating Workday strategy into executable requirements, delivery plans, governance decisions and adoption roadmaps.
    • Build and drive project and program plans across complex, multi-year transformation priorities, including milestones, risks, dependencies, owners, investment choices and benefits realization.
    • Prepare executive-level materials, trade-off analysis and recommendations that enable senior decision-making across the People function and enterprise leadership forums.

     

    To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

     

    Required Qualifications

     

    • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.  MBA or higher, preferred.
    • 10+ years of experience in HR, HR Technology, HR Operations, Shared Services, HRIS, or Digital HR.
    • 7+ years of experience leading enterprise HR technology initiatives, transformations, or system implementations.
    • 5+ years of experience managing complex cross-functional programs involving HR, Digital, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders.
    • Experience with enterprise HR platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or PeopleSoft.
    • Experience establishing governance, intake, prioritization, and portfolio management practices.
    • Experience leading process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation initiatives.
    • Experience operating within global organizations and matrixed environments.
    • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

    Salary Range: 185,780 – 240,140 USDAt Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
