Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Head of People Operations for a fast-growing global software company which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in HRIS implementation, compensation, and AI workflow automation looking to further their career in SaaS People Operations.
- Build an AI-native global People Operations function spanning HRIS, talent acquisition systems, workflows, and people analytics
- Lead selection and implementation of an AI-enabled global HRIS, including RFP, data migration, and integrations
- Own global compensation programs and annual cycles, including job architecture, leveling, benchmarking, and pay equity analysis
- Automate employee lifecycle processes, HR policies, and global employment compliance
- Ship dashboards and automation; lead a small global team
Essential Qualifications
- 8-12 years of People Operations or HR Operations experience in global, fast-paced SaaS or technology organizations, ideally as an early People hire
- Hands-on HRIS implementation, compensation systems, analytics, and shipped AI or workflow automation; strong systems and data mindset
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

- Advanced degree or relevant HR certifications
- Prior experience with private equity-owned companies
