    eero is seeking a Head of Measurement, Forecasting, and MarTech to own the strategy, infrastructure, and execution of marketing measurement science, demand forecasting, and martech across eero"s retail sales and marketing organization. This role is the center of data within our retail and marketing organization - translating marketing performance data into actionable frameworks for customer acquisition and retention across all channels. You will partner with Business Intelligence on foundational data needs while using that data to solve complex business challenges and drive cross organizational insights. This is a high-autonomy, high-ambiguity role that requires someone who can operate at the intersection of technical systems, marketing strategy, and financial rigor.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Oversee our marketing measurement science strategy and execution - including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs), incrementality testing, and channel-level contribution measurement
    • Develop new, AI automated demand forecasting methodologies across geographies and retail channels, partnering with channel leads to lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles
    • Liaison with BI and legal on a Retail infrastructure roadmap while defining the path toward personalization and martech data enablement
    • Partner with marketing channel leads to ensure consistent methodology and actionable reporting
    • Co-own the unified data layer with Business Operations, defining requirements and ensuring marketing"s needs are represented in schema design
    • Build resource models for international marketplace allocation - providing the analytical framework for investment decisions across geographies
