Seeking a Senior Vice President, Senior Counsel – Legal Funds to support the firm’s U.S. registered funds platform, including open-end funds, ETFs, and trusts.
Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating complex agreements, advising on legal and regulatory matters, and preparing Board materials.
Requires approximately 10 years of experience in supporting registered funds, strong knowledge of securities laws, and a J.D. from a top law school.
Must have excellent judgment, communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
